I logged on to ISIS to check class book requirements and see about purchasing (through Amazon's used books) a few more of my textbooks for Fall. Imagine my surprise to find out that one of my classes had been cancelled and another I selected for a specific professor with high ratings is now being taught by an associate with poor ratings. It seems that UF should be able to send emails to affected students, especially when a class has been cancelled! Hopefully, this isn't happening to any of you - but you might want to check. It's getting a little late to find classes you can use that fit your schedule, but at least (with no help from UF) I found out before I arrived on campus in the Fall.

Mine looks exactly the same.
However, if you buy textbooks now, how can you use the $300 from Bright Futures?

You can buy textbooks now. Accoring to financial services, Bright Futures just sends the textbook stipend with the tuition and it will be dispersed to you if you have extra money.

Also, the stipend is only $375 per year, or $187.50 per semester accoring to Florida Student Scholarship and Grant Programs

My daughter's ISIS fall schedule and professors are unchanged.

What class was cancelled for you?! All of a sudden I'm missing Intro to Chem which is a class I need!

Definitely a false alarm for me. Evidently the textbook page is often really messed up. You can check your actual schedule through a different link on ISIS--try that.

Now, not only is my class there, but three books are also listed for me to get. Joy.
