Recognition from 2010

wow, and I just told her to be careful coming around to my room, I don't want a fire on my hands! To think I could keep a natural habitat for this rare species, priceless!

Love ya redhead! Keep coming by. :) ;)

if redheads become extinct, then who will we tease on here?

oh, and its mathmatically impossible to give over 100% ;)

Eagle your gonna get to train her replacement this summer Missmuff...

Wow, I'm so glad I decided to check the boards this morning! First of all, I can't help it if I start a fire wherever I go... some of us just have contagious personalities that spread like wildfire. Second of all, redheads are supposed to be extinct by 2100 (according to Time Magazine), but they've never met me so they wouldn't know that I'm actually planning on single-handedly repopulating the earth. You'll never be rid of us. And third, hornet, you definitely wouldn't know what to do with yourself if we were in the same squad. ;)

i don't even know how to respond to that.

and ds52262, i won't see missmuff for a while. this summer i have leave, go to AETC (real basic in Lackland) for 6 weeks, then head to Annapolis for a semester. so soonest i'll train 2012 is january. Woo-HOO!!!!!!!!!!!! (that's a long time :))

i really want to do AETC,

be sure to tell us (or me) all about it!

will do. big thing is it takes a lot of time. other than the 6 weeks in Lackland, we meet at least once a week or an hour or two to learn/practice things. i'll be sure to comment after the experience too

Eagle, Why are you going to lackland for basic? Is it just a summer program that the Academy offered?

every summer USAFA sends a certain number of rising 2 degrees to help run enlisted basic training as MTIs right hands. i volunteered and was accepeted (as was everyone this year b/c of a low interest). We get to run "real" basic, then we run beast here the summer before firstie year.

i wanted to go to see what enlisted folks go through, since we'll be working with them every day after graduation. i want to see what they had to go through.

Basically what he's trying to say is that he wants to yell at people. ;)

basically redhead said she'd cry if i yelled at her, so i needed a way to get good at it. and some critique from experts before i tried it out at usafa ;)

my brother went enlisted and ive always wanted to see what it's like. With this, i'll get to see it from another perspective but still, i wanna see how it is ;]. Videos only go so far, as well as pictures.

You know what eagle, you coudln't make me cry if you wanted to.

catching up on posts...i laughed out loud several times (which, admittedly, is not such an achievement for me :) ), but gosh, i love this place!

Edit: PS I haven't met personally met her, but from what I hear, nobody can replace the redhead :D Looking forward to Orientation!

haha ohhh how right you are missmuff... how right you are :)

Aw, I feel loved. ;) I can already tell who I'm coming to visit with a phone and chocolate after basic is over!

I'd throw you some candy at 4th of July, but I'll be home on leave. Better than hiding from Cadre on my BDay last year.

i hope i get a fone and candy :D

:) :) :)
my birthday's right after basic ends, potterfan! am i safe?

You should be fine. It depends on the squad having mine during basic wasn't pleasent but it wasn't bad. You may even get to eat at rest but you should only acceppt that offer if your classmates get to sit at rest too.
