<p>Most school ask us to get this letter.
But to be honest with you(except special case), most counselor or principal doesn't know much about individual student unlike teacher.
Because they can't or we can't meet them as often as we do with teacher.
And how can evaluate each student ?
And if so and if the school knows it, how they ask us to do ?
it looks no pointing and in worst case, counselor or principal might give the scool wrong evaluation on each student.
