Recommend schools in Quebec?

<p>Are there any good colleges in Quebec (Quebec city or montreal preferably)? I'd like to hear any recommendations you can throw out there. Do you have to be bilingual to go to a school there? I know that most people prefer French there but speak english as well.</p>
