My school's computer system cannot log on to the common app website so my teachers do not have any access to it. One of my teachers typed out the rec without using the teacher evaluation forms and put the letter in sealed envelopes. I am wondering if that is okay?

someone please comment!!

My school has the same problem and while my teachers completed their recs on their personal computers, my counselor says if she can’t complete it on her personal computer, she will contact our prospective schools and ask them if the documents can be mailed.

I would call or email university admissions, inform them of the problem, and ask for the necessary steps to send the documents. Usually, universities will accept mailed recommendations with a signature over the seal.

thank you so much! I just emailed them and one of them said they can take it! I am a little worry since my teacher completed it without using the evaluation form.

It should be fine! Good luck. :-)
