The recommendation form has fill in the blanks questions for my teacher/counselor to provide information about the applicant, whereas the letter of recommendation is basically a letter. All of my online application have downloadable recommendation forms? So do they want both recommendation forms and recommendation letters?
One of my schools said that I can chose either way but what should I do generally with other schools? Can I chose either one?</p>
