Since my native language is not english should I invite my english teacher as foreign language teacher?
Are you an international student?
If not, I don’t think that counts but I am not sure, you could always email the college to ask.

Then I think you could definitely submit the English teacher as a FL, and it would actually work in your favor for American colleges if you get a good rec from her. Thank you for clarifying!
