Recommendation Letter Submission?

<p>How do I know if my recommenders successfully submitted their letters on common app? Should it say "complete" anywhere?</p>

<p>Yes, Submitted first and then Downloaded after the colleges have Downloaded the application. The recommendations are not downloaded as soon after you send your application.
