My professors asked me if there's a specific form that they must use for writing the recommendation letters. I am attending a college outside of the US so they are not familiar with the transfer application process for US colleges.

Print out the form, sign it, then give it to your professors. After they are finished, they can make as many copies as you need to send to schools. For transfer apps, school forms are all on paper anyways, so you don’t need to sign the form electronically.

So you just ask the teachers to fill out the instructor evaluation form, and they make copies and send them to the schools you are applying to? Should you mail envelopes to them with the addresses, or do they just mail them off?

I am an international applicant as well (from Canada). I went to the post office, bought tons of envelopes and stamps, addressed all of the envelopes, and gave them to my professors along with the Common App form. After that, it’s out of your hands.
