recommendation letter

hello i am applying as transfer student form fall 2104

is it better to get recommendation letter from professors than from instructors?

by instructor, i mean, they teach and grade all things about the subject, but they are just not yet promoted.

for me, it is hard to get recommendation letter from the professors because all of professors i have teach in the large classes so they wouldnt know well about me :(

so is it better to get recommendation letter from professors than from instructors?
ohh and does transferees receive the same diploma as other students who entered the university as freshmen?

can anyone clarify these questions?
Thank you very much!

It is always best to get a letter form someone who knows you well and can give a detailed and honest assessment. If the professor does not know you then the letter will be lukewarm at best and not very personal.

As a transfer student you get the same degree as any other graduate of the university.

thank you very much!!!

Do you have any specific professors that you really liked? Also dont count out a second recommendation from a boss or an extra curricular.

yes I have two professors whom I really liked  I am sorry but do you mean that I should receive recommendation from boss or extra curricular or should not?
Thank you very much for your help!!

Yes! Its well worth because recommendations, unless stated by the school you are applying to, accept all academic and non academic recommendations. These non academic recommendations allow them to see who you are out of school.

Thank you!!!
