Recommendation Letter

Does anyone know if there’s a specific form that’s supposed to be used for getting a letter of recommendation, or am I just supposed to ask my teacher/counselor for a letter of recommendation?

Lots of colleges have forms, but I can’t seem to find one for Hofstra. I applied using the online application.

Hi! We do not have a form for letters of recommendation, however you can have your letters of recommendation emailed to applicationupdate@hofstra.edu or mail it in to us. I hope this helps! -CW
