I had my anatomy teacher write me a recommendation. Everything was fine but when he wrote it, he specified which field I wanted to go into which was Physician Assistant Studies. Well, I used this recommendation for two of the schools that doesn't even offer this program because I didn't have my other recommendation from my physics teacher ready at the time being. It wasn't until I sent it that I realized my mistake. It was just a matter of being negligent. Will hurt my chances of getting in? What should I do now? Should I contact the admissions office and apologize for the mistake? I'm completely mortified and have done nothing but hyperventilate :/

Couldn’t it be construed as an ultimate goal rather than an undergrad major (which I’m guessing it is)? In that case I don’t think it would be a problem.
