<p>My teacher says she has completed and submitted the recommendation letter and form on the common app only says started. One of my recommendations went through and says downloaded, but the other one has not been. Does the Common App say once the recommendation has been finished and submitted? How can I fix this problem by tomorrow because I have an app due soon?</p>
<p>We are having this problem too. The teacher even resubmitted and it’s only showing as “started.”</p>
<p>I’m commenting on this again to bump it because I kind of have an app due on Saturday. Does anyone know how to contact the common app? Should I call or email the university and ask if I can have the recs mailed or faxed in?</p>

<p>I don’t know if this will help anyone else, but my teacher was able to resubmit after she went back through and completed her own Common App profile. Though she answered the first time, the website didn’t save the school’s name. After making sure everything was complete there, she was able to submit it and all of my recommendations are now downloaded. Make sure your teachers know the save button does not equate submitting it.</p>
<p>sorry this might seem irrelevant but does anyone know what happens if we ‘unassign’ a teacher from a school after they finished uploading the letter/evaluation?</p>
