Hi, I plan on majoring in computer science and was wondering.. with schools that only accept 2 recommendations, should I send in recommendations from the two teachers who know me best, or should I include one from a science teacher?

Is your math teacher one of the teachers who knows you best? That would be an ideal recommendation to have. I think you’re going to have to decide if your science grades, SAT & SAT II scores, & any science-related extra-currics speak for themselves. If so, then let the teachers who know you best write your recommendations.
If, on the other hand, you look over your application & can imagine an admissions officer thinking “why on earth does joeykrug think computer science would be a good fit,” then go get a science teacher to recommend you. You can give him or her a resume of some kind to help them put the recommendation together.

Get it from the teachers you know will give you the BEST advantage.
