For top schools like Northwestern, Brown, Cornell, Stanford, and UPenn, how many recommendations are required? And does it matter which teachers they're from? For example, does the recommendation have to come from a specific subject's teacher?</p>
<p>2 each, I think the preferred is 1 from English/Lang... 1 from Math/Science.</p>
