<p>Is a recommendation required if you applying for fall transfer? I've been doing some research on the winter transfer thread and they say that a recommendation isn't required? Also on the UofM website transfer requirements it doesn't list recommendation as a requirement. However, on the common app it says a recommendation is required. I'm pretty confused here. Anybody care to clear the air?</p>
