<p>My teacher sent in her recommendation on time, and I got an email confirmation that she submitted it. But last month I got a letter saying that they never received her rec. So she called in and told them, but they just told her to fax it. Then she faxed it, and now they still don't have it. She called a few weeks ago and they told her it takes them a long time to process the letters and put them in the system. It's getting late now, so what should I do?</p>
<p>Well, seeing as how she called a few weeks ago, I think it’s okay for you to call them back and see whether it has been received, without coming off as overly annoying. Just my opinion, though. Good luck!</p>
