Recommendations - asking a foreign teacher

Hi,

So I have two teachers from my high school that I am already asking. As an extra letter I am planning on asking a teacher I had while studying art in Paris. This teacher is an artist, speaks english well and I really am hoping to get a recommendation from her. For teachers outside the US do I just give her the same common app sheet or can I just have her write a letter without filling out the first page supplied by the common app since it is an additional letter?

Hopefully this makes sense.

Thanks!

A letter is fine. Just have her sign it and you make various copies to be submitted w/each of your applications. FYI have a look here
