Recommendations differ like . . . crazy

Ok, there was a recommendation form with check boxes (top 1%, top 5%, top 15%, above avg, avg, below avg, no basis for judgement) and it had all sorts of the usual stuff like motivation, academic ability, etc. I gave it to two teachers (calc and physics, both ap teachers). They differ like crazy. I mean, whats the big deal? Is there something wrong with me? I'm usually who I am, I don't change . . . what does this mean?

Talk to both teachers and work it out. Unless you’re not supposed to have seen the results they provided for you. Maybe you can elaborate a bit more on what was on the form that made it so unusual to you.
