Recommendations/help for a non-traditonal student looking for a liberal arts college.

I am a 23 year old non-traditional student. i am wondering about the types of private/liberal arts colleges that would be likely to accept me/help me out financially. I'm not really sure how much of a long-shot I am. I have an ACT of 28, a gpa of 3.5 from my community college, and have won a few awards for english/writing from said college. Other than that, I have no extracurriculars to speak of. I screwed around in high school, for the most part, and my gpa was a 3.5 or so. I've spent five years kicking around my hometown, dealing with a few personal problems, and am now applying to public universities in my state. However, I've recently been thinking about applying to some liberal arts colleges (location doesn't matter), and i was looking for advice on where to apply. What are the options, given my information?
