I got my teacher recommendations (1 from english, 1 from physics) in a sealed envelope with their signatures on the seal. Later, they gave me their Teacher evaluation forms without envelopes. I need to send the materials today, would I be able to put both TE forms and both sealed recommendation letters in one big 9x12 envelope and send that to each college? Or do I need to put the TE forms in their own envelopes before I send everything in the big envelope (there is no way I can get the teachers to sign the seal on the TE envelope)? Thank you</p>
<p>Yes, you can send the sealed envelopes and the teacher evaluations in the same big 9 x 12 envelope. You should include a cover page: with your name, address, tel. number, name of program (and semester–Fall 2010) that you are applying to, and a list of the supplementary info that you are including in the envelope.</p>
