<p>I do not think you can. There is a list of colleges that accept the common app and if I remember correctly UW is not one of them.</p>
<p>UW-Madison has its own application form (separate from the other UW campuses). NO “common app”. Download the recommendation forms for your teachers as needed and give each one the form.</p>
