Hii -- it would be great if you wouldn't mind recommending some schools that fit my interests. I am looking for a school with a strong Art History program -- preferably with internship opportunities/museums nearby. I am looking for a school that isn't too big, LGBTQ friendly, and has good research opportunities. Schools on my list right now are Brown, Williams, Northwestern, Penn State, and Vassar. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Oberlin has very big art scene - including art rental for $5 a semester from the art museum. Also, LGBTQ friendly. Some others: Amherst, Wesleyan, Conn College, Skidmore, JHU, Bowdoin, Dartmouth, Middlebury, Swarthmore, Pomona, Stanford, NYU.

Have you considered Emory? We have a PhD in Art history, but the undergraduate program is small enough for personal attention. We also have the Carlson Museum on campus and a relationship with the High Museum of Art. In addition to the Art History major, we have a joint major (one, combined major) in Art History and History.
