<p>For northwestern as well as other common app schools, is a counselor recommendation form required? </p>
<p>i know that 2 teacher evaluation are but my counselor seemed very confused when i didn't ask for a rec from her when i submitted it.</p>

<p>THe common app requires a secondary school report, which is customarily (indeed, almost universally) filled out by the counselor/dean.
With respect to teacher evals, I thought only one was required, even though many people submit two.</p>
<p>I think pretty much every school requires a counselor form… someone needs to comment on class size/rank/gpa etc.</p>

<p>i know there is the secondary report. i submitted that and yes there is that little blurb and the school info, class rank, etc etc. </p>
<p>so you guys pretty much answered the question- there was no “counselor rec” per say. </p>
