<p>I am really confused about recommendations. Do they have to fill out some type of form or write an actual letter? and do you just mail them with your application? what if you are doing an online app? if you could send me a link that would be awesome! Also, are students allowed to read the letters? Sorry, I am just really new to this!</p>

<p>Fill out Part I of this report, then have your teacher or counselor complete the rest. They can include a letter. Be sure to give them an addressed stamped envelope. Your teacher/counselor probably already has a procedure for you to follow so talk to them. I.e. they may want you to submit a resume and essay, fill out a form, or other pertinent info. </p>
<p>All recommendations should be submitted without you reading them. Teachers and Counselors are expected to know and follow this to maintain the integrity of the recommendation process.</p>
