Hey, I am a Freshman this year, and will be a Sophomore next year. I'm trying to decide what housing option I wish to pursue, and was wondering if anyone here could make a suggestion? I consider myself a pretty social person.

I don't want to live in an apartment, because the idea of moving off campus seems more isolated to me. I am considering a suite, but do you think that is too isolated as well? Do you have any other suggestions?
All opinions are appreciated, thanks.

Apartment is not social isolation if you live with friends, or even in a general community apt in North Westwood Village. It only gets taht way if you live commuting distance and have no friends nearby.

Suite is socially isolated, unless you have 3 friends you can live with. if you n eed privacy and quiet its good though.

With suites, it depends on your location. You may get that dreaded (but highly social) K11 room in Saxon. It's RIGHT NEXT to the Gayley/Saxon Rape Trail, so all kinds of frats and general pedestrians walk through past your cozy suite. It can get hectic sometimes.

But generally speaking, the plazas are a nice balance between quietness (especially Sunset) and socialness.

I live in Sunset, and its very quiet, but I don't feel the social environment. It may be because I was too busy to try and be social, but my house didn't feel social at all. If you really like quiet, try to get Sunset.
