Recommended Schools?

Hello, all!
I've been doing some research around the boards, and looking at different opinions and I was wondering if you could give some insight as to what college you think I'd be a good fit at.

SCHOOL::
3.98 GPA
We don't have class rank at my school, but my school is considered one of the best public schools in the area/state.
I skipped a grade. ( I don't know if that helps any.)
All of my classes are honors (except math) & I will have taken 4 (possibly 5) AP's by graduation.
Got 30 on my ACT the first time. Planning on taking it again in Sept.

EXTRA CURRICULARS::
National Honors Society (2 Years)
Middle School Tutor (3 Years)
Student of the Month (1)
National Art Honors Society (2 Years) [Secretary/Treasurer 1 yr.]
Varsity Arts Award Winner (1)
Writing Club (4 Years) [President 1 yr.]
I've plaved in 3 writing competitions [2nd, 2nd, 2nd]
English Department Book Award (Only 1 given per grade.)
Participated in a German Exchange
Chorus (4 years)

I started a Coffeehouse Ministry at my church which I continue to run monthly.
I've been a camp counselor for 6 years, written church plays for (4 years) and have gone on a couple of missions trips and done a lot of charity work.
Community Softball (7 years)

Writing is my strong suit, so I'm confident that my essay will be good, and all of my recommendations are coming from teachers I have excellent relationships with (and I did terrific in their classes) so I'm not too worried about those.

I'm looking for colleges primarily in the north east, however if there is one outside of there that you feel would be better I'd be open to looking into it. My EFC probably won't be very high since both my parents are teachers, so I'm looking for merit aid or otherwise very good financial aid schools.

I'm planning on majoring in Elementary Education and would like a school that offers study abroad programs, and is near an urban place (mostly so there are plenty of things to do around town.) I'm going to be living on campus, so commuter schools are really out.

Any suggestions?

[I realize I'm pretty specific, but I want to make sure you have enough info ;)]

It’s not in the northeast, and it’s only arguably “urban,” but the University of Evansville has a top-notch elementary education program. They also give a ton of merit aid, and someone with your stats would more than qualify for it.

(And my congratulations on a choice of a career, even though you’re certainly aware it won’t make you rich. Elementary schools need more top-notch people who want to teach!)
