Recommenders' Status Not Updated?!

<p>Is it normal for the CommonApp to take a while to update the recommenders' status? My teacher says that she's positive she's submitted her reference but her status shows 'not started'. Do I need to ask her to re-submit it? </p>

<p>Yes, I did that right after I invited the recommenders (over a month ago) because I knew where I was applying. I tried going through the main ‘school forms’ link AND through the ‘my colleges’ and then ‘school forms’ link. No matter which way I try it, both teachers and my counselor show as ‘not started’ for every school I have on the Common App, though I know that one of the teachers submitted.</p>
