<p>Generally, what percent of the people who appeal for reconsideration get accepted the second time?</p>
<p>i didnt get in the second time, and i had a lot of legit reasons. it has to be EXTREME .. like your whole family died and you lost all of your limbs causing you academic failure.</p>
<p>i know somebody who appealed because his twin brother got in and he did not .. and he was later accepted.</p>
