I'm confused - on June 20th, 5000 said they were committing to Liberty, but only the first 3500 to complete the admissions process by June 30th will be let in, the rest on a waiting list? So 1500 students who were accepted to Liberty will be shut out?

One of my D's best friends is going (Or at least he THINKS he is!). I believe he had the highest SAT scores in the school! Something like 2340, and kids here don't seem to take it twice.

Makes sense, I guess. I mean, you hear about Liberty U and Liberty Law School grads having high-level positions in the administration and in government.

The influence of the school probably depends too heavily on the political climate of the country for it to really be a worthwhile investment.
