<p>If I’m not mistaken, Appalachian State University (North Carolina) does. I’m not sure if you necessarily need to major in that though to get a job in the field.</p>
<p>I think UCD, but i could be wrong</p>
<p>Virginia Tech does as well.</p>
<p>Penn State does.</p>
<p>University of Montanna, I know it sounds goofy but they have a college with a couple programs that are in this area.</p>
<p>University of Florida has that major.
And the University of Central Florida (located in Orlando) has the Rosen College of Hospitality Management that might (I haven’t checked) have that major.</p>
<p>Utah does.</p>
<p>University of Minnesota - Twin Cities</p>
<p>University of Illinois offers one called “Recreation, Sport and Tourism”.</p>
<p>University of Iowa too.</p>
<p>Western Illinois University offers a bachelor’s and master’s degree in RPTA.</p>
<p>I have a friend who majored in something similar at Virginia Tech and absolutely loved it! 
Additionally, check with the more “outdoorsy” colleges, like Green Mountain, UVM, or St. Lawrence; most of them have something along those lines.</p>
