<p>They do, as long as you’ve completed your part, including scanned writing sample. ;)</p>
<p>Make sure your part is in by the deadline. The schools are not reading every application on deadline day. They will understand if a teacher rec/school report/etc. is in a few days late. Deep breath.</p>
<p>I called each one and explained my situation. They were all fine with the other parts being late</p>
