hii guys do you think the sat jan. 2014 will be recycled or not !?

Well, Yes test books are usually made from recycled paper which allows for energy-eco friendly paper!

but i heard that the sat exams will be recycled no more

Lol @PeterAP

Test dates that offer QAS are never recycled. As for other test dates, eagle16 is essentially correct, although some subject tests here and there may be reused.

“Test dates that offer QAS are never recycled”

This is untrue internationally.

It is untrue in the U.S. as well. The May Sunday tests are “recycled” but are available through QAS.

I think the more correct statement would be that U.S. Saturday tests are pretty much always new and any other tests (U.S. Sunday tests, international tests, any “makeup” tests) are pretty much always “recycled.”

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what’s a QAS? I have no clue!

QAS = Question and Answer service
It is offered by the College Board for a small fee, and on selected SAT dates. They give you back the test questions, along with the answer you chose and the correct answers.

why does collegeboard not tell you when its QAS. we still pay normal price, but get nothing valuable in return.

I’m pretty sure they do:

[SAT Scores - Student Answer Verification Services](<a href=“The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board”>The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board)

As mentioned above, in the U.S. and Canada, it’s January Saturday, May Saturday, May Sunday, and October. Outside the U.S. and Canada, it’s May only.

i’m talking about the international exam ? it will be recycled from the us one’s or not ?

And I was responding to maniactango’s question about QAS. International SATs are always recycled U.S. tests, as far as I know.

but it’s had never been recycled from Qas , it’s recycled from SAS the exams that we can’t buy them after we take like june and december you agree with me on this or not if any one have a full list of recycled exams just post it .

I don’t think anybody understands what you’re asking or why you’re asking it.

Obviously tests are not administered again after they have been released through QAS. Obviously.

Lol, my bad for the factually inaccurate statement. @eagle16 I’m not sure what your getting at. You want an unofficial record of every “recycled” exam date, so you might be able to predict the next recycled test? idk

There are threads that clarify what he is looking for
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/1471405-collegeboard-repeating-sat-tests.html.

International tests have known to be repeated US tests, but its only a myth

It’s not a myth. Nearly every Int’l test the last 5 years has been a recycled (non-QAS) US exam.
