Redo sat i or sat ii? Help!!!

Hi! So I've applied for many ivy leagues (excluding Harvard, Princeton and Yale), and sent in all my applications already. I have excellent scores at school, I'm an elite athlete (though not in a sport that's being recruited :( ). I have ONE testing date left for the SAT, and I don't know which one to redo!!!

SAT I (reasoning) = 1950 (640 reading, 650 math, 660 writing)
SAT II (subject tests) = 770 French, 600 English Literature :S !!!

Should I focus on improving my SAT I??? (I know I can do it because I improved almost 200 from the first time), or get a great SAT II?! (I am really good at Bio so I might do that one and get close to 750).

So... would colleges look at SAT I more heavily or SAT II?

PLEASE HELP ITS URGENT CUZ THEN I NEED TO STUDY SOON!!!

Also, would they see me differently as an internationally competitive athlete?

Colleges weigh the SAT I more than the SAT II. You would be better off studying to get 2000+ on the SAT I.

No idea about your being an athlete, though-sorry! :o

^ I agree. Focus on the SAT it’s more important than the subject tests.

okok thanks. even though i can only do one, i should redo the SAT i right?

AND the big problem is that in school, I have like a 96 in advanced english so they might not add up (I do the International baccalaurate program so scores cant be inflated cuz it’s external marking)

Yes. Do the SAT. Don’t worry about the english subject test.

ok. does anyone actually know any ivys that (even though they ask for them) dont take the subject tests really into consideration?
