Redoing CR Sections in BB

Hi guys.I;ll be retaking my SAT for the second time in January and I'll be using the BB to revise again. And I have been doing my CR and have been getting around mid-700 and I got a 660 in my Nov SAT.Could this increase during my practise test be because I have done the practices before which made it possible for me to score high?
I could appreciate any insights or is it just that I've gotten better?
Thanks.

Well, I did BB CR again after my Oct testing to practice and I must say that I understood the passages much better because I was doing it the second time. Tbh, I remembered all the passages and many answers (what I got wrong the first time, etc) so I was able to finish much before time. I don’t know if doing the book again helped me much, because I already knew most answers, but there are people here on CC who’ve done it 10 times, so maybe it helps you?

Just so you know, I shifted to Barrons in the last few days as I wanted passages I didn’t know.

Personally I don’t do any CR practices I’ve already done before, because I always sort of remember the answer I picked last time, so it makes me biased when choosing the answers.

The thing is I don;t remember the answers.Well before my first SAT I’d just look at the correct answer and wouldn’t really care to know why I got it wrong…So,naturally I wouldn’t remember the correct answer when I redid them.Though I roughly remembered all the passages,I don’t remember the slight details and all.And now that I’m using Silverturtle’s method, maybe that would have made a difference?
But thanks for your input guys!

No problem!
Why don’t you try this?
Do an official released test (the link is given in the stickied thread here) and see your result? That’ll tell you your exact improvement!
For me, I had one test left over in the BB from last time, so I saved it till the end. After finishing the others, I took that to check out my improvement. I think it must have helped because I scored well there. I suggest you do the same thing.

Okay, sounds good!Where is the link btw?
