Reed college and a handful of others

Kenyon, Pitzer, bates, oberlin. I have a 3.2 gpa (transfer) and 30 act.

Also, given that Reed doesn’t participate in US news, how does it compare to top ranked LACs such as Amherst, Swarthmore etc

Reed, like many LACs, is a grad school prep college. Reed is especially strong preparing candidates for PhD programs:

That’s my understanding as well. Would you say that if I am not entirely set on academia it would be a bad fit for me? I find myself really liking the culture. Hard has emerged as the top option for me at the moment

Thus, Ph?D == academia?
