PST is Pacific, EST is eastern. Reed is on PST, so when the admissions office closes at 5pm PST it’s 8pm EST. Oh the reply was edited never mind lol

Edit: It’s actually PDT and EDT because of daylight savings… Confusing…

ok literally nobody has received a package who didn’t get the email so basically why are we even still worrying obvs we didn’t get in I guess it’s time to move on

It is clear that everyone receiving mail seems to have received the Friday email. It’s been confirmed that more decisions will be released and not only rejections. I don’t personally have high hopes but it looks like they should definitely release all decisions by today and they won’t all be rejections.
@Jmbakh Shhh… Just pretend. That way the least fortunate won’t be especially dejected after receiving their decisions.

You guys, I definitely don’t think the decisions received today will be all rejections. It’s would be a little weird if every single applicant who got in received an email Friday. Maybe they sent those to their top applicants only. Or maybe to spread out postal costs. I don’t know. It just doesn’t seem likely that ALL will be rejections. Majority of them will be maybe. What kind of bothers me is that their statements and actions conflict eachother. Like when they say April1 via Postal Service but then send out emails! Maybe this is all an elaborate April Fools prank. We will see come 5PM PST! I’m in CA so it’s only two hours away!
