Hi! I got into both Grinnell and Reed, but love them both and am having problems deciding which one to attend.... Fin aid is something I really need, and both of gave me similar affordable packages, so I can't use that to decide.

I'm going to major in biology and later get a PhD in Ecology/Evolutionary Biology. I love nature and animals and trees and I'm a liberal who is getting really annoyed with super-poltically-correct people (don't get me wrong, this is a good thing for a lot of reasons, but some people take it wayyyy too far).

Reed Pros:
Beautiful Campus
Close to ocean, forests, wildlife!
Super academic, no frats and only a hint of sports (I like playing, just not competitively)
Nuclear Reactor

Cons:
Shower issues? (I've heard like no one showers, can someone refute this please??)
Super hipster (is it?)
Super intense academic workload

Grinnell Pros:
No pollution, can see stars and has forest close-ish to school
No academic requirements
Lots of free activities
Homey-atmosphere
Awesome library!

Cons:
In the middle of no where
Less crazy than Reed sounds?
Hard workload
Very PC students?

Can someone help me decide? I love them both, but have a heard a lot of rumors about the bad things of each of them, and are wondering if they have any truth to them.
