I got a referal today in chem for helping someone cheat on a test. I know it's wrong and I rly don't know what to do. My teacher said they may take it off my record if I don't get any other offenses (which I won't), but know I can't be inducted into the NHS until next year and got a 0 on the test. Luckily, I still got an A in the class, however that's not what I'm worried about at all. I'm scared that I hurt my teacher's trust along w/ my guidance counselor's and AP's since I'm close with all 3 ppl. What do I do? Am I screwed for college if the referal isn't taken off? I was planning to make an anti-cheat club for redemption, since I rly don't cheat and did think it was wrong. The only reason I did is because the girl wouldn't shut up and was bothering everyone in my area so I just gave it to her. I really am sorry and my teacher said she still loves me. AHHHHHHHHHHH! I don't know what to do...

You shouldn't have helped her in the first place. The purpose of chemistry to separate the men from the boys.

You have failed at life. You'll be lucky enough if a community college accepts you.

Just don't do it again, try to make amends with your teacher and GC and get them to trust you again, and focus on your schoolwork and EC's.

I doubt an anti-cheating club would be a good solution,.

then more people would know. including your other teachers who you might want recommendations from.

^ That was the first thing I thought of. Since my mom called my teacher and said that it's the worst thing that happens at my school. She says the students who can't handle it pressure "the smart kids" so I was thinking an anti-cheat club/anti-peer pressure club

thats not PC at all.

and chemistry separates the skilled from teh n00bs

Oh and to make it worse, my teacher graded my test anyway and i got a rly good grade, but I still got a 0.

Don't dwell on the 0. That's nothing compared to the relationship with your GC that you may have damaged. This is probably the most important to repair, since he/she will likely write you a recommendation. Do your best to repair the relationship with your teacher, but I would be cautious of asking for a recommendation. Try building up relationships with other teachers who are not related/informed about the situation.
