Regarding Scholarships and Financial Aid

I'm currently a freshman and the costs of education are really annoying me. Luckily,my parents make enough that they can support me. I also thought that I would get money through the FAFSA but apparently I didn't. When I was applying I was so caught up in the process I didn't give much thought to actually applying for scholarships. I'm actually pathetically clueless about this whole thing.

You ARE eligible for aid, by the way - were you awarded Stafford loans? Those are financial aid.
