Regarding Summer Programs

I seem to have gotten in a fight with my parents, and they're not letting me go away for the summer...anywhere...So, I was thinking...should I take a summer Honors Physics course at a private school nearby so I don't have to take it next year? This is my courseload for junior year (next year) as of now:
AP US History
AP Eng 11
AP Spanish
AP Bio
Honors Physics
Honors Precalc
I'd really like to not have to take two sciences and take AP Stat instead of Hon Physics.

I'd also be volunteering about 20 hrs/week. But, that's with or without this summer course.

What are your thoughts?

Sure. It feels nice to take a class in the summer. If it's just one class, I think you'll have enough time for the volunteering.

Yep. Class is from 8 am to 11 am, and I would volunteer 12:30 to 4 Mondays-Saturdays...still leaves time for a social life! Woo! Except for the whole waking up early every single day....I guess I'll have to get my partying done Fridays and Saturdays.

Just make sure to make it up with your parents for senior year vacation, it 'll kill your chances if you waste that summer.
