<p>Narsil, it's the instate status that's confusing them. Internationals definitely do not get interviewed. Email them and inform them of your situation. They'll tell you what to do. They might do something different like a phone interview instead. (although I don't have any personal experience or know anyone who's in your situation, so I can't be of much help)</p>

<p>berkeley admission staff should have read all of the apps by now. they have selected those they want to admit for sure. the only thing that's left to do is probably to determine who should be admitted as spring admits.</p>
