so...do we need to have letter of recomendation sent on our behalf? I keep reading this but have found no formal directions for submitting said letters.

buuuuuuuuuuuump

I don’t think it’s required. In fact don’t even think they take them unless you’re appealing.

They will contact you if they want recs. Do not send anything now.

Anyone have any more information on this? Do you have to have a 4.0 for the regents scholarship for all UC campus’? How much money is it? Gracias.

This entirely depends on the campus you are applying for Regents at. UCD for example requires a letter of recommendation. I am pretty sure UCLA (maybe UCB too) require you to have a 4.0 and you are later invited to apply for Regents. I’m not sure if you are supposed to send anything in until you are actually invited.

Transfers can do Regents? Can someone link me? Thanks

[UC Berkeley Regents’ and Chancellor’s Association :: UC Berkeley RCSA](http://rcsa.berkeley.edu/)

No application necessary. Cal reviews every transfer student who is accepted to the school. Not sure about UCLA.

does that mean if you don’t have a 4.0 you can’t get any scholarship!!?

^this is just one scholarship given to the best students with a 4.0 and amazing ECs and other thigs…there are other scholarships out there besides this one. this is just like the biggest one
