<p>So, from the looks of things:</p>
<p>1) They're all uploaded to the system or whatever, either you got it or didn't.
2) OOS and Intl. applicants still have to wait, UGH!
and 3) If you got the email, YOU'RE IN! Congrats! You have to interview for the scholarship, and that's when they tell you that you're admitted.</p>

<p>Yes, Yes. The first thing they tell you when you check in for the interview is that you are IN!</p>
