<p>Where is the toughest competition for Ivies of those three regions - Eastern Europe, Africa, South America. I would guess Eastern Europe; however, I'm not sure if the quotas of accepted students from those regions are the same. Also I would also like to know if Poland, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic are a part of the Eastern European Countries.</p>
<p>Or the adcoms don’t try to have rougly the same number of students from these regions each year?</p>
