<p>I have a registration block because I have not sent my transcripts for summer classwork. My admissions officer has all my transcripts of classwork completed after Spring 2013. They have my IGETC certification too. Yet, they told me that they put the block because i need to send my transcripts for classes I took this summer. I will be getting my summer grades soon, but in the conditions of admissions it says the transcript need to be postmarked by August 23. So, why did I get the block. The block affects me because I will not get the financial aid. I took one class in RCC and they send transcript really quick. Though, the other class I took at Santa Monica College and they can take up to 10 business days to send the transcript.</p>
<p>That’s just how they operate. Registration blocks get sent out at the end of July (or around that time). Shouldn’t be a huge problem since FA is issued around the 15th or so and even then, late fees don’t actually come into effect 'til a while after.</p>
