iwantivy: where did you hear that?

i'm from new england. it's probably cuz there are like 5 people applying from new england.

jessy09: it's posted on the chicago uncommon blogs.. now the notification date is projected to be late march and also theres a snow storm coming in chicago so the date is pushed back again..

power outage in chicago, no more 22nd notification :(

and im international so i would have known for sure if i didnt get an email tomorrow

what... booptroop u've been getting positive feedback? do you mean by email?

crap.. either none of us are in except you or they REALLY want you or something.. I figure they might have a reject pile, an admit pile, and finally a "These guys are so frickin in that we're gonna send em positive feedback" pile....

It probably comes down to the individual style of the regional admissions person. I recall that there was a discrepancy in the holiday cards some EA students received that was largely due to differences in counselor style. My S was admitted, and never once spoke to, or communicated with his regional counselor.

It might have been because your son was too intimdatingly sexy to speak to, something he got from his father.

what, are you saying his mom isn't sexy?

She may or may not have contributed...the point is, idad is sexy

Wow. I think I missed something major here. O_o

well, clearly

whoa positive feedback!?!?!? ahh wow

esquared you are hilarious

esquared, every other post of yours has the word sexy in it. why don't you go model some victoria's secret and sell sexy

Because although I may overuse the word "sexy", I myself do not possess sexiness....which may be the original reason for my using it any chance I get and fabricating reasons to use it......you know, like claiming just how sexy idad is, only to use the word sexy

sexy

oh man. if they were supposed to get mailed out march 22, i still haven't gotten mine. i don't think that's a good sign, considering it's almost been a week and i live in CHICAGO!

they weren't mailed out then. they're still stuffing envelopes with decisions.

oh thank goodness. patience is something i deeply need.

Have they been mailed out yet?

They're still stuffing the envelopes

Still?! It's already Tuesday. They won't arrive by the time the Ivies release their decisions then. I thought U of C was intent on releasing before them to get the "first in the mailbox" factor?
