Rejected, SAT: 2150, GPA: 3.89

if you guys don’t mind me asking, are you internationals? Is that why you have received an email? just a little confused.
Don’t worry about being rejected…I have a handful of rejections as well. We’ll all end up where we’re meant to go!

Yep, I’m an international.
Lol, I’m getting rejected from all 15 colleges I’ve applied to. I’m certain now after 4 rejections, considering most of the remaining are Ivys.
(I’ve posted stats in the UChicago decisions page so not posting them here again)

@Qwerty1739 same here! Got 5/21 rejections so far and only ivies and other top tier schools left. Shoot me now! Keep some hope though fellow international… Maybe we´ll get in somewhere great… :)

Sorry to all the internationals who were rejected…just keep your fingers crossed, pray and remain hopeful…you never know where you will end up…it could even be a more selective school that Colgate

a nervous wreck - afraid to go to my mailbox!!! crossing fingers and praying…l.

@savusavu which country do you come from( if you dont mind)

I´m from Germany but went to school in Fiji. You?

I’m from Ohio

I can speak some german though :-D

haha okay Did you get that letter yet? At least the rejection letter from Colgate was nice and not too harsh compared to the other schools I got rejected from so far (Bowdoin, Occidental College).

I would have written something German for you but I guess we´re not allowed to write in other languages here.

I think I will get the letter on Thursday…it does take some time before they are delivered
