@becca123 I asked Dean J earlier and she said that fin aid is separate and apparently might not be finished yet? She said it would probably be available on April 1.

Accepted, Asian, OOS, 34 ACT, top 10 in a very good large public school
ACCEPTED! Out-of-State (Nebraska):
3.669 GPA, 2100 superscored SAT, 31 superscored ACT, hardest curriculum my school offers and more (I take online AP courses, for example). Many extracurriculars, fantastic recommendations, great essays (probably my best essay of ANY of the 21 schools I applied to). Improved everything on my midyear transcript (first 4.0 semester I’ve had since freshman year; I’ve kept a 3.7-3.85 the rest, and a 3.1 freshman second semester, which I explain in an essay).
Surprised? Yes. Excited? Even more so! It’s the online non-backup school I’ve been accepted into.
I’m seeing all of these applications that didn’t make it…GPA and scores aren’t EVERYTHING…They are a part of the picture. I feel I’m a rarer case, but you can still make it!
Waitlisted, totally fine w that tho, I’m going to the College of Charleston Honors College so I’m happy 
Thank you ALL for your insight. My child too, will be coming from OOS. She scored a perfect ACT and has an unweighted GPA of 4.0 and will finish with 9 or 10 APs. Her ECs are a few that are things she is passionate about (never did anything just for college). I am hoping that being a legacy might help! Good luck to each and everyone of you. I truly believe there is a college for everyone and even though one might get their hopes up for one in particular, trust me, if you are motivated enough, have passion and do well at the college you attend, you will go far!!
