Quick question-- I was on the Northwestern Undergraduate Admissions website looking for the latest test scores they accept for Regular Decision and it said January 2015....however I was hoping to boost my ACT a point or two and send my February score :( Does anyone know if they will accept the February ACT score since they accept the January SAT score? It looked like the cutoff dates on the website only corresponded with SAT dates and not ACT dates.

I was also confused by this and I haven’t asked them myself, but I have yet to see a college that isn’t accepting February ACT scores so I’m going to run with it.

Same here! I’m thinking about taking the SAT in January too just to be on the safe side. Please let me know if you hear anything back from admissions regarding the February ACT :)

Eek. I just called and it turns out the February ACT is too late for them. I was told to do any testing by the end of January, which would have to be the SAT.

I’m still going to do the February ACT for my other applications, and I’m still going to leave Northwestern on my list of colleges just in case they do receive my result before they make a decision. Not sure if that would bother them but I don’t think it can hurt. Just take into consideration that whatever score you get might not even matter to Northwestern so you should put an equal amount, if not more focus into your SAT. Definitely what I’m going to do.
